What are the store opening and closing times?

9h00 – 17h00, Monday to Saturday and 9h00 – 13h00, unless mall hours dictate otherwise, on a Sunday.

Why is my closest store not open?

This is a gradual roll-out and management therefore decided on selected stores only. The decision was taken in conjunction with our staff and we looked at optimising the area spread as best we could.

How are stores going to equip themselves to be COVID-19 compliant in terms of infection risk and social distancing?

Stores will have sanitizers and staff will wear masks. There will be floor signage at till queue posts to ensure adequate distancing between customers.

Why is CNA suddenly seen as an essential service provider/ supplier? Is this socially responsible?

We see ourselves as being integral to the landscape, especially when it comes to children’s books, study guides, stationery for home education and general consumers working from home during the lockdown period.

Will I be allowed to drive to a CNA store, even if it falls outside my area?

You would have to comply with and apply the restrictions imposed by government regarding travel limitations. We are looking forward to the day we are fully operational again and we value your support.

Will CNA be opening additional stores during the lockdown?

The plan is to look at all opportunities available to us and roll-out accordingly.

Can I use my Thank U card for purchasing?

We cannot accept any Thank U cards as CNA is no longer part of the Edcon Group. We do accept cash and all major credit and debit cards.

Can I still buy a laptop, printer and/or gaming console etc at CNA?

We have exited the electronics and gaming category and will no longer be stocking such items. This includes their associated accessories and add-ons.

Can I purchase a cellphone?

Cellphones, airtime and data are currently not available at CNA.

Can I purchase products online?

We are unfortunately unable to offer our customers an online shopping platform at this time.

Are there any job vacancies at CNA?

We are not hiring at this time, but you are welcome to forward your CV to info@cna.co.za for us to keep on record.
